Physiotherapist Pilates Instructor

Claudia is originally from Argentina, where she had worked as a Physiotherapist for thirteen years. Since moving to Auckland in 2003, she opted for a career change becoming a qualified Personal Trainer. She has been very loved by her clients and her best reward is to see them achieving their personal goals in a safe and caring manner. In 2010 she won the National Award: “Gym Instructor of the Year”. She also coordinated the “Never Too Old Program” (for people over 60) at the YMCA in Auckland City.

Claudia was introduced to Pilates after a hockey injury and she discovered how Pilates has helped to improve her performance and to keep her enjoying the sport that she loves. She has been a member of the NZ Masters Hockey Team since 2012. She is a Certified Pilates Mat Instructor (Polestar) and Pilates Mentor (in training).

Claudia is truly passionate about teaching Pilates. She selects the Pilates movements according to the needs of her clients, focusing on the right technique and understanding of the exercises. She loves being an integral part of each client’s journey to improve their body awareness, flexibility and strength, consequently enhancing their movements. She provides a happy and relaxed environment and always endeavors to make you leave with a smile.
