Since suffering on going postural back problems from my early 20’s, I’ve found pilates to help immensely in day to day pain levels and maintenance.
I’ve been attending both Pilates reformer and group sessions at Physio Pilates for nearly 4 years. I find the team to be very knowledgeable, caring and conscientious in their pilates practise, which is very important for anyone who suffers from a chronic condition. The studio is also very relaxed and there are no egos! The small classes also mean personal attention and instruction to do every exercise correctly to get maximum benefits and avoid injury, and every class syllabus is different which keeps things interesting and challenging. I’ve also found pilates instrumental in getting my strength and fitness back after having my first baby. I can’t recommend Physio Pilates enough for daily health and fitness maintenance.
