All Pilates sessions with an instructor are 55mins. Sessions with Physiotherapists are generally specified.
If you are covered by ACC it is necessary to book individual sessions with one of the physiotherapists and bring all the necessary ACC information to your initial consultation. The first session generally is a 60min session.
All clients need to wear comfortable clothing and clean socks and bring a towel.
Please avoid wearing heavy perfume and moisturizer to your workout sessions on the equipment.
All sessions are by appointment. Cancellation without 24 hours’ notice will incur a late cancellation charge.
We do not organize semi-private/trio sessions but are happy to take friends, partners, couples, or family members together. If one cancels, the single person who attends will be charged for a private session. If both cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, there is a charge of $48.50.
Payments are made electronically and invoices need to be paid before your next session.
